Required Skills: 

Communication - Being able to express your opinon amongst crew and actors and getting the best performance.

Creative Thinking - being able to work expressively, on the spot and adapting from your source materials

Assertive - You need to have an understanding of what you want to achieve so that those around you are on the same page.

Visual Eye - Being able to bring the best and most pleasing look to expand on your picture, leaving the audience enjoying the view. 

Required Skills: 

Understanding of Equipment - You must be able to work with the equipment given as its constantly updating, this stops hold-backs and aids the overall look. 

Communication - Cinematographers need to be able to communicate, especially with Gaffers as this will help build up the shot/image you are looking for. 

Screenwriter

Developing a story that can be understood and passed on to film-makers to be created into a video platform. 

Required Skills: 

Creative Thinking - not getting stuck down to just one idea (draft) and being able to expand and change from the first idea.

Communication - Your words need to express what exactly is going on so that every person who reads it is on the same page.

Understanding - Know why everything takes place and that it holds meaning to further the story altogether.
